Steve Ricci - Sales, agency management, and service. The boys call me the old man, I am not sure if I am pissed off.
Joe Gallo - Sales and service. Uncle Joe always reminds us the retailer is trying to do 5 things when we're formulating presentations. Make it fast, clear and a value to the owner.
Cathy Abbate - Office Management & Director of Sales. She reminds us of the direct relationship between the number of times you visit a customer and the business you do with them. She has formulated our secret sauce. She has a night job as stand up comedian. I swear she puts up a sign "Abbate Sales" when I leave. That's why I don't take vacations too often.
Adam Cohen - Sales and Service. Energetic and driven he handles some of the toughest customers. The master of the "Cohen" (don't ask it's in the secret sauce too). Also, has his own parking spot on the Long Island Expressway.
Kenneth Grillo - Sales and Service. Incredibly detailed and thorough. Though to humble to accept the title, he is the "Merchandising Czar" of the agency. He would have made a great architect. We just hope his night job as drummer keeps him touring locally!
Andrew Knapp - Specification, sales, and service. A true professional he brings the strongest understanding of creative application and design ability. He is able to simultaneously hold a conversation and read emails on that !!!! phone. Ok that's a pet pieve of ours we are in constant communication and reachable any time. His display spaces have a great lifestyle look.
Jerard Snell - Design and merchandising services. Jerard our newest addition, is a disciplined hard worker. With experience from BoConcept retail furniture industry giant, he makes a natural transition in explaining how lighting works with an endusers furnishings. Known as "Bo" as he has an uncany ability to retain interesting and unusual trivia.
Virginia Lange - Customer service. Ginnie's humoristic demeanor and professonalism difuse tough situations that seem to arise every day. Ginnie is just GREAT!!! (I have to be careful of that liable suit, she's married to an attorney!)
Susan Parmeland - Customer Service. Fast and thorough, she has years of UPS hyper-speed built in. Our "Master of Technology" we have to keep a spreadsheet on the number of spreadsheets and follow up systems she built. She has oganized us and has helped make our office become recognized as the model for others to follow. I found a spreadsheet on shoes she is waiting to buy!!!
Theresa Marcellari - Accounting, "Spiff" processing. Terri wasn't sure if she could take over accounting when her predecessor left....Today checks are printed and signed the day we open the mail. This is a woman on top of her game! She holds the record of processing over 5,000 Spiff requests, more than any other person. Ever!
